30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. Your proof of purchase is required.

Oncer your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds cover the full value of returned items, including return delivery — at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount.

Damages and Incorrect issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away — we will resolve it promptly, no questions asked.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised orders

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without a justification. Items must unworn, unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
